General Questions

1. Is there minimum quantities we need to order?
There are no minimums required for embroidery but the more you order the less cost it is to you or your organisation. Usually the smallest screen printing order would be a dozen pieces with embroidery around 6 pieces.


2. What is your turn around times?
Typical turnarounds vary based on the product ordered. A typical screen printing job or embroidery project under 100 pieces is under 2 weeks. Rush services is available and we always try and accommodate based on your deadline.


3. Can you supply product for us?
Yes, we have many excellent distributors we deal with on a regular basis that have excellent product at great prices. Please view our product pages for more detail or give us a call if you don't see what you're after.


4. What if we need more product after we receive our order?
It is always best to order a few extra as any extra items placed afterwards will be considered a new job and could result in an increase price per item.
